After the 10 and 20 euro coins, Ireland has celebrated U.S. President John Fitzgerald Kennedy two stamps also. The two values are celebrating the 50th anniversary of Kennedy’s visit in Ireland in 1963, the same year of his killing.
Designed by Steve Simpson, the two stamps have a face value of 60 and 90 cents and they depict two moments of the visit; both measure 36 x 36 mm and have been printed by the Irish Security Stamp Printing Ltd.
